Baking, baking

We're busy baking! In peak leaf season, we find we take our usual recipes and quadruple the amounts....above is a tray of biscotti, and the anise seeds we added (thanks to friends who grew them and gave them to us). At the moment, we're baking our bread in batches of 12 or 24 loaves........mostly our seeded oat bread, and a rye bread, both using the no-knead method of baking that saves so much time.
